Terms and Conditions for Service Call Booking

  • Free pickup and delivery provided in case onsite repair is not possible.
  • All rates are negotiable depending on number of systems and nature of job.
  • 30 days warranty on every job (not applicable to software related service).
  • No inspection fees.
  • No fix no pay policy.

Terms and Conditions for AMC / CAMC

  • AMC contracts are valid for a period of one year from the date of signing
  • For AMC (i.e. without parts) quarterly fees must be paid in advance. In case of CAMC (i.e. with parts) annual fees need to be paid in advance
  • In case AMC (i.e. without parts), client will be required to purchase parts that need to be replaced. In case of CAMC, damaged parts will be replaced for FREE. However, free part replacement will not be provided for certain items (see list of 'Items not covered under CAMC')
  • We typically respond to service calls within 24 hours of receiving a notification from client. Service will be provided during your business hours
  • Monitor picture tube
  • Hard Disk / Media Drive
  • Printer head, ribbon, cartridge, knob
  • All add-ons including: optical drive lens, cards, sound cards, back-up devices, LAN card, modem
  • All types of power devices including: spkie guard, UPS, CVT etc
  • All types of software and device drivers
